Having worked as a care home owner, executive and non-executive director within health and social care, I understand how increasingly difficult it has become for independent providers to stay on top of the growing operational, governance and regulatory demands placed upon them.

Throughout my own leadership and care business experience, I consistently looked for practical and affordable ways to improve operational oversight, governance awareness and organisational control. Wherever possible, I used technology-supported systems and smarter ways of working to help create clearer visibility of risk, quality, compliance and day-to-day operations.

I believe independent and SME care providers should have access to practical, proportionate and affordable tools and support that help them manage their services effectively without creating unnecessary complexity or bureaucracy.
